Grandma always said crazy is as crazy does.
It is thundering on the Chattahoochee as we speak. I am so excited! I have waited for this all day. Gosh, I love watching the weather. It is a passion with me.
We've had a few stormy days around here. I think of you when it's like that. I've been remiss about keeping up with blogs. I'm catching up. I'll always come back to you (gush).I hope happier days are ahead.
Yep, some interesting weather out there today. I've become obsessed with the oil spill.(((hugs))) because you've been having a tough time lately. I'm thinking about you.
Okay, another story . . . you titled this Thunder on the 'hooch!I went to a little, tiny school in Midland, MI (Northwood Institute). As a 19 year old girl raised in the South . . I didn't know too much about how Yankees lived, etc. My first week at school, I saw a huge sign advertising "Canoe Rides on the Tit"! It took me a week to build up the nerve to ask my roommate just exactly what that meant . . . .Turns out that the Tit is a local river . . Titabawasee (I think that's the right spelling). They were renting canoes so you could go for rides!Sheesh I was dumb - but I'm a natural blond - what do you expect?Love ya,Grannie
