Partisan Poop...

What do you do when your favorite blog on homelessness gets hijacked by the author's brash opinions on partisan politics?  I wrote a kind request to the author hoping he would move such material to a separate blog.  The sad thing is that he usually does the opposite of what people ask him to do.

I try not to write about politics and religion.  They are just too polarizing.  I once made some snide remarks about conservative talk radio hosts and how stupid they are.  I ran off several valued readers doing so.  It seems the country is neatly divided into two camps: democrat and republican.   I call myself a moderate that falls in the middle of the spectrum of the two partisan groups.

Dad left mom forty dollars for us to eat on tonight.  Mom and I both agreed that a fried catfish plate from Rodger's Barbecue would be delicious.  We weren't disappointed.  Mom stayed for several hours as we watched old episodes of Forensic Files.

Dad also left my medications with mom for her to give them to me.  That was a shocking first.  It was nice not having to wait until bedtime to take my medications.

Dealing with a lot of schizophrenia related paranoia today.  I am scared to look at my comments for fear of being berated.    I got it into my head earlier today that Social Security was reading my blog and I almost deleted it.  I came so very close.

Don't delete your blog, Andrew.
I'm sure keeping this blog helps you very much. And I would miss having you as one of my readers.

Hang in there, Sweetie. I feel for what you have to deal with on a daily basis.

I don't write about politics either - I see enough on TV and other blogs.

Trust me, SS doesn't have the time or concern to read your blog. If they did there are many more people they could go after.
I am like you on politics. Kind of middle of the road. I consider myself a conservative Democrat or an un-conservative Republican. I am so sick of politics at this point. Who do you choose when there is no one to choose?

Do you regularly back up your blog?
It may be a good idea to do so because if your paranoia means you delete it then once the paranoia recedes you would be able to put it back on.
I think your blog helps not just you but many others too, I know it helps me get through some days. I would hate for this blog to vanish.

I'm glad you didn't delete your blog. You do a wonderful job with it.

I know what you mean about politics. I try to be careful. I'm amazed by how upset people get over it all.

PDD! (PLEASE DON'T DELETE!!)--not to be mistaken for post partum depression--lol.

It's sad that so many people take so many other peoples beliefs so personal--so they turn their back on others because a thought or two or three are different? Shameful.

Frankly, if people are going to depart from your blog because you are honest with your thoughts and they just may not happen to agree with yours==phooey! Who wants fake douche nozzles? :)

I respect your thoughts, words and beliefs no matter how parrallel they are to mine, or if they're not..beliefs (my thoughts) are something that we have based on the following:
A) how we were raised.
B) what we want now, and tomorrow
C what is going in our life TODAY

They can change so for those that run off--again, douche nozzles. :)

Be snide, be you, but please please please don't delete...(unless you want to for you--but don't do it because of the other % of folks-they don't deserve the pleasure of it)

Okay, I'm off my rant, I just go crazy when people judge based on mind, race faith or political nonsense..LABELS-bah!

:),
HI MAGGIE and here's to riding the current wave of your paranoia, in time you'll reach the shore and peaceful feelings will be within!

Always,
Elizabeth~

Hi Andrew, thanks for stopping by.
Interesting reading here.I quit reading a blog about a month ago because of politics. It's billed as a recovery blog, and I do not expect to find venemous attacks on political candidates when I go there. Start another blog for that.
Anyway, I'm so heartened to see you
living a fulfilling life in spite of disabilities.
My hats off to ya! Of course I do have a soft spot for Andrews;)

There are various prescription drugs to get over erectile dysfunction and male impotence like Viagra, Levitra and Cialis, but such medicines should only be used in accordance with the instruction of a physician. You can have the information on ED and ED related drugs on http://www.viagracare.com There is a lot of fake selling of such medicines on internet, so before you can order it online just make sure that it is a real pharmacy. Is any one here, who used these drugs for penis enlargement? Sharing some good or bad experiences will be highly appreciated.

Viagra is used in the treatment of Erectile Dysfunction (impotence), but it is not a cure. Impotence can be caused by a number of factors, either physical or psychological. Viagra can help maintain an erection but it will not stimulate arousal.

Propecia comes in tablet form and should be taken only by men without liver problems. It should be taken regularly and needs to be taken with water - food is optional.

While the life-expectancy gap between men and women has decreased, it's no secret that men still need to pay more attention to their bodies. Several things work against men. They tend to smoke and drink more than women. They don't seek medical help as often as women. Some men define themselves by their work, which can add to stress.
There are also health conditions that only affect men, such as prostate cancer and low testosterone. Many of the major health risks that men face – like colon cancer or heart disease - can be prevented and treated with early diagnosis. Screening tests can find diseases early, when they are easier to treat. It's important to have regular checkups and screenings.
